After a consultation your consultant will dictate a letter to your General Practitioner about your presenting symptoms, clinical signs and results of special investigations as well as the discussion about options for treatment and risks and benefits.
Your consultant's default position will be to copy this letter to you so that you remain as well informed as possible. Unless, at your written request, you ask otherwise this information will not be shared with other third parties.
SOC (Bristol) LTD is registered with the the ICO to act within the DATA PROTECTION ACT 2018. We do not make any of your personal details including name, address, telephone number or email address available to any third party. We do not keep personal credit card information.
