The Sport & Orthopaedic Clinic is a group of specialist consultants based at Spire Hospital Bristol. We pride ourselves on offering a first class service. As a patient, visitor or relative to the clinic we hope your experience is positive. We always value your feedback especially when we are doing things right. We are however always looking for ways to improve and appreciate your involvement when we have not met your expectations. If you wish to take your complaint to a written form then a receipt will be sent to you within five days.
An investigation into the complaint will then be passed to our Board of Directors who will then follow the correct procedures to establish an appropriate course of action. We aim to respond to your complaint within 31 days and if an investigation should go on longer than this we will keep you informed.
